My Story

I've spent 20+ years doing the work that matters most when an organization is stuck, strained, or quietly breaking down: identifying what's really causing the problem and helping leaders fix it.

I've worked across industries and business models that couldn't be more different: fintech, arts and culture, facility maintenance, nonprofits, manufacturing, logistics, startups, and consulting. Together, they gave me a wider view of how organizations work, where they break down, and what it takes to get them back on track.

That's the advantage of the trail less traveled. I've seen more terrain than most. And I've learned that the best path forward is almost never the obvious one.

Based in Austin, TX, which means I'm comfortable with heat, hills, and figuring it out on the go.
