Jody Parry is the founder and principal at HR Hiker, bringing a wealth of over two decades of experience in the human resources domain. Her expertise spans a diverse range of industries, including tech startups, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations of all sizes. An alumna of Roberts Wesleyan University, Jody holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and graduated with the prestigious Alpha Sigma Lambda honor.
Serving as the Lead Trailblazer at HR Hiker, Jody has built a reputation for providing HR solutions that put people first, yet remain refreshingly direct. Be it local or across multiple locations in the USA, Jody's knack for getting up to speed quickly and delivering immediate value to her clients is legendary – any strategy that doesn't contribute to business growth is left off the map!
Jody has traversed the landscape of human resources in various roles across a spectrum of established and entrepreneurial companies, with her most recent expedition as the Director of HR for the San José Museum of Art.
